Admin Onboarding Emails
CaptivateIQ’s admin onboarding emails were an important early brand touchpoint for customers beginning to use the platform. In partnership with the demand generation team, I designed the onboarding experience in Figma and translated the final designs into HubSpot. The system was designed to make essential onboarding information approachable and easy to navigate while creating a polished, consistent introduction to the CaptivateIQ brand.
