Spruce Building Co. came to the project without an established visual identity, creating the opportunity to build the brand from the ground up. The goal was to create a polished, approachable identity that reflected the quality of its luxury residential work while still feeling grounded and distinctly local.

The resulting brand extended across logo and identity design, a fully branded website, business cards, apparel, stickers, social content, and original photography—creating a cohesive presence across every major customer touchpoint.
