AI-Powered Email Design System
To help Medallion’s marketing team move faster without sacrificing brand consistency, I helped develop an AI-enabled workflow for creating custom HTML emails that can be deployed directly through HubSpot. The system allows marketers to build a wide range of email types, from webinar promotions and product announcements to newsletters and campaign communications, without requiring a designer for every iteration.
I established the visual direction, reusable patterns, and brand standards that guide the system, creating a flexible framework that produces polished, responsive emails while giving the broader team more autonomy. The result is a more scalable creative workflow that reduces production bottlenecks and extends the Medallion brand consistently across lifecycle and campaign communications.
