Medallion Website Rebuild 2026
In 2026, Medallion’s website needed more than another visual refresh. The existing Webflow setup created a development bottleneck that made launching and updating pages slower than the pace of the marketing team. Working closely with our web lead, I helped rebuild the entire site around a new AI-assisted workflow that gave the team significantly more control over how quickly we could design, build, and iterate.
The new site included 267 pages and was rebuilt in roughly four weeks, while completely moving Medallion off Webflow. More importantly, the new system transformed the ongoing workflow: pages that previously required multi-week design and development cycles can now be taken from concept to launch in less than a day. Alongside the technical transformation, the rebuild introduced a more polished visual system, stronger outcomes-driven storytelling, and a digital experience better aligned with Medallion’s evolving enterprise and AI positioning.
